Programs - Buffalo Home Visiting Program
Network Program | Buffalo Home Visiting Program
The Buffalo Home Visiting Program provides comprehensive home based services to families for 3 to 5 years after a child is born. The program has a single goal: to help parents meet the challenges of parenting in order to assure healthy development for their children.
Referrals are obtained for the Buffalo Home Visiting Program through prenatal clinics, hospitals, community-based organizations or through self-referrals. Services are free and available to many new and expectant parents residing in Erie County. Materials are available in English or Spanish and are culturally sensitive. Call 716-884-6711 ext 202 for information or referrals. Ann Marie Correa - Program Manager amc@bppn.org
